Fantastic experience: Highly recommended company. Having worked directly with UTHE Investigation and Process Servers, I‘ll reiterate that I recommend them to you and whomever you know that is in need of process documents services, background checks, landlord services, criminal background checks, private investigation etc, etc. They operate nationwide. Along with having documents served numerous times to a non rent paying con artist tenant, who was highly elusive, both Matt and Lori had a ton of professional and personal advice to help guide me through the tenant eviction process and it is very much appreciated. Do yourself a favor and work with diligent, organized, thoughtful and hardworking people. Cannot emphasize this enough. Now get to work solving your dilemma with a solid partner. Very good people.

Negative experience: *Other Process Servers BEWARE, to this company you no more than Just Bike Messengers * The fact that our paper was even served is apparently a miracle. I give all credit to their process server and definitely not to the owners. Once we received notice of the completed service thru email and "Serve Manager Software" we called to let their office know we needed a copy of our affidavit not their version. The person on the phone called me back a few minutes later saying they had already completed the Tennessee Affidavit. In attempting to explain that the Summons they completed was not the "Affidavit" it was a Court Return, and that we still needed our version of the affidavit, I was met with condescending interruptions several times with the person on the phone not listening and saying they had already completed the Tennessee Affidavit which they had not. They had only completed their affidavit which we did not need (we need ours) and the Tennessee Return. It was explained on our field sheet these were the requirements to complete our job. Attached in the pictures is our body of our field sheet that details these requirements. Accepting our job is an understanding that these requirements would be met. I tried several times to explain the needed affidavit was already attached in the Serve Manager job and all we needed was the affidavit signed and notarized. I was told the owner would have to call me back. I received a hatefilled call about 10 minutes later with the owner accusing me of being condescending saying they would no longer do business with us for simply requesting our affidavit and for being condescending which we weren't they had been the aggressor both conversations. All we were asking for was our affidavit and return which we explained we would need at the time the order was placed. As a customer of theirs I was argued with and treated extremely poorly part of the hatefilled segment by the owner was listening to him be condescending and filled with unfounded accusations. This was all for just asking for our affidavit. *One of the more condescending parts of the conversation was when the owner boasted about being a Private Investigator in Multiple states and that the person I was speaking to being a Private Investigator with a Masters degree and went on to say Process Servers are Bike Messengers* Once the phone call with the Owner ended we received an additional note from him to his company showing just how important our closing paperwork is to them. This is the unaltered Note the owner posted: "The proof means nothing, do not ever do anything with the proof ever again. They get an affidavit only DO NOT DO ANYTHING WITH THE PROOF, IT MEANS NOTHING! ADD TO COMPANY NOTES OWNER WAS CONDESCENDING." Very odd to act like this for something so simple as asking them to provide our closeout paperwork that literally would have took 2 minutes. They did send the affidavit pretty much right after the call ended which shows just how odd and unnecessary this was. * First of all Process Servers are much more than bike messengers. Second of all guess the owner didn't realize other people can be Private Investigators too, cause I am also one with a degree and other licensing. I would be vary wary of this company if they aren't going to treat customers as customers and be argumentative for something so easy and simple. ***Update*** After review was posted Owner did attempt to contact me to "talk" his attempts to "talk" were more in line with harassment and threats of what would happen if my review was not removed, I was even provided a doomsday clock time frame. The owners unfounded non factual attempts to paint me as being condescending to women is merely RETALIATION and an attempt to DEFLECT from the fact they treated me as their customer poorly and still are. Then they tried to silence my right to have a voice and leave them a review. Rest of Update included in pictures.

Fantastic experience: If i could give 10000 stars i would, I can’t explain how fast and kind Mathew and his team are, second attempt and got served a person that wasn’t opening the door to the sheriffs , but Mathew and his team got him right away, im always going to be grateful with them for this! Fantastic experience: Spoke over the phone for a consultation and breakdown of my scenario. The Private Investigator informed me of steps to take while awaiting law enforcement intervention. I was extremely pleased with the clear concise language the P.I. used to explain things to me and thoroughly enjoyed his detailed breakdown of my scenario. I actually kind of hope law enforcement drops the ball on this so I can hire the services of this investigator. Overall, I was given options, I inquired on their fees if I should choose to utilize their services after law enforcement intervention and walked away feeling informed and ready to handle my scenario knowing I could count on Uthe & Uthe should the need arise.
