Negative experience: Unprofessional. Unorganized. Amateur investigators that seem to do whatever they want and you'd be lucky if that coincides with what you paid them for. There are far better companies to contract with.

Negative experience: Very unorganized, I did a job for them the weekend of Black Friday 2021,after the job was complete and videos were sent I was told I did not do the job as it was explained in a video tutorial. I did not receive the tutorial until 12/1/2021. I have been waiting on payment for 2 months. I was sent this email on 01/13/22 The check will arrive around 01/19/22. This date is an estimate based on USPS delivery speed. On 1/28/22 I was sent this: The check will arrive around 01/19/22. This date is an estimate based on USPS delivery speed. On 01/28/2022 I was sent this: Bill.com does not provide tracking numbers. Unfortunately, once the checks are sent out, it is in the hands of USPS. Investigators beware!!!!!
