Negative experience: This security company will patrol you facility parking lot, but if there is damage to property, vehicles or police already on your property they will write a report and wait till the next day to advise the property owners of any issues.

Negative experience: Whatever security guard was working Center One on Brookside on 5/17/18 needs a serious attitude overhaul. He was rude for absolutely no reason in response to a question about parking.

Negative experience: Security guard was kind of a mug about the whole ordeal. Said that there were signs posted of restricted time around the entire pool and not a single sign was posted. All around could have been less of a mug.

Fantastic experience: I had an outstanding time with Jarvis International when conducting training there. I attended the covert entry course and it exceeded expectations. Mark, the lead instructor put in a lot of effort and even came in an hour early one of the days when I was having trouble with one of the tasks. The real world scenario practical exercise at the end of the training allowed me to put all of my new skills learned into place and see what I actually knew. This is important because some courses only teach from power point. Jarvis INC focused on hands on and had all the necessary tools and equipment to do so. The only portion of the course that could have used some more development was the vehicle commandeering portion. However, Jarvis INC is leading the way here and will be the first school to offer advanced training in this area with post 1995 vehicles. Throughout the whole process I experienced nothing but professionalism from Cindy during the registration process, to Ray the owner with a course welcome and a appreciation dinner, to Stephen one of the directors who assisted me with my training, to Mark who led the training. I will be returning for future training when time allows. I recommend Jarvis INC to train any EOD unit, military intelligence unit, special operations unit or law enforcement tactical unit.

Fantastic experience: I have attended the Technical Security Countermeasures course with Jarvis Incorporated and they have a state of the art facility with expert instructors. They taught TSCM from a law enforcement advantaged all the way into a private investigator. I have nothing but excellent reviews to give to Jarvis Incorporated, outstanding job, outstanding Academy!
