Negative experience: They lie and don't know the law

Negative experience: Not the smartest bulbs here You would be better represented by a skunk. And have twice as competent available to you.

Negative experience: Horrible. They cold called me and kept me on the phone for 5 minutes. Simply said that there was a very large lawsuit and the client had listed us a trade reference. Then when I had questions, just hung up on me. SO RUDE! Zack Canfield was the guy that called. Don't bother, people!

Fantastic experience: Having a background in business credit risk management and consulting, when the problem occurs, I refer all my clients to my trusted partners at MCB. Not only does MCB have the most advanced collection process in the country bar none, they are able to custom tailor the process to my client's specific needs and request. I have had the pleasure to meet some of the mediators and litigators on their team and my mind was blown away by the process. We are talking about decades of raw experience under one roof here and that is why I am more than confident to refer all of my client's collections concerns to MCB.

They were able to contact the customer and resolve the debt in a timely professional manner. Fantastic experience: Morgan, Cohen & Bach did a fantastic job with the accounts I placed with them. They were successful in collecting balances on accounts that were placed with receivables that were egregiously past due. The accounts in fact had aging in excess of 300 days. While some of our customers were not particularly pleased with being contacted, the end result was a favorable one for our company. As a Controller, I understand the nature of these conversations are not always particularly pleasant; however, collections is an issue that effects businesses in any industry and one that sometimes has to be resolved with outside resources. Morgan, Cohen & Bach were always helpful and timely with my inquiries and understood that there were certain accounts for which I needed them to extend extra sensitivity in an effort to not damage existing relationships. I would recommend MCB to those who don't have the time or resources to collect on their aging receivables. Leave it to the professionals!

Negative experience: Rookies.... They had their Investigator calling my family I haven't talk to in years. He told them I have a case against me and my house is in foreclosure. After nearly give my mom heart attack, I contacted them. Come to find out it's another guy with the same first and last name that lives in my town. He apologized and told me you see where we could make the mistake, right? As if my name is an uncommon name. I couldn't imagine having this firm represent me.

Negative experience: Poor customer service.

Positive experience: My office received a letter from Morgan, Cohen & Bach stating that we had a past due balance with one of our vendors. When I called, James was able to provide me with copies of our unpaid invoices and was able to figure out that when we changed our website domain, our paperless billing was bouncing back. He actually helped get our service running the same day. I don't know why I didn't think to update my email on my bills but it's all cleared up now!
