Fantastic experience: Rich is one of the most professional and thorough investigators you can hire. His years of knowledge and work experience really shine in all his investigations. I have been a first-hand witness to his methodology and tactics of surveillance and have been surprised to find out just how intricate these jobs can become. Rich has incredible attention to detail and has been doing this type of work long enough to know how to gather all the evidence needed to take your case as far as you need to legally. For any private investigation needs; Rich and his firm will absolutely be my first and only choice. However, it should be noted here that his level of expertise and detailed work do not come cheap. But, it is more than worth the money when you need clear and detailed results.

Negative experience: We have definitely been in contact and I am in the process of filing a complaint. I won't argue with you on here. You can email me if for wish to resolve, otherwise, I will leave my rating to match the second I received.

Negative experience: Communication skills were a little off in my opinion. Not only was his style a little aggressive but also not very thorough, Which resulted in me having to spend even more money. I took a backseat to the use of your service and I experienced the lack of professionalism. The response to this review in itself is unprofessional. Using other people's names and personal case information which may or may not be a violation of privacy. Adding to the reasoning behind my review and comment. I witnessed him not being as quick to respond to inquiries for paying clients as responses have been to the review.

Negative experience: Not worth a star. They charge 4% to use a card. 4% of 2500.00 is only $100.00. When called out on it they blame the company he uses for payments. They are charging 12% or more. Then they communicate through text messages. They want to come to a small farm town and park their van with their logo in my driveway. I gave this company photos of the way the people breaking into my home were traveling. That was the last I heard from them. I had to contact them for an update which they told me they were down at my place and seen nothing, but was planning to come back. The night they said they were here I did not see a van with their logo in my drive. I contacted them a week later and asked when they were going to come back, they never responded. I asked for a refund and yet again no response. This company is a fraud and don't know how to be a private investigators. This company is a fraud. I hired another who got the proof I needed. They watched how these people traveled down the train tracks, and how they are getting into my home. They didn't want to refund for a job they didn't do, so maybe I should speak to someone about this. I did contact the BBB on them. So if you've used this company you'd better see how much $$$ they over charged you. They probably owe you money too. This could be a class action case.

Fantastic experience: I have used Wilcorp twice since Nov, 2020. They were like SPEEDY GONZOLAZ on getting the job done! I had the occasion once of going into their office. It is very professional and EASILY accessible close to the court building in Clayton MO. No offense, but the county sheriff office DOES not get the job done. Wilcorp KNOWS the system and all the laws and how to get the job done right in serving someone papers to show up in court. They keep excellent records to show proof the recipient was served properly. Wilcorp prices are justified, they keep in touch with you to let you know what is happening when. I highly recommend their services. When I was searching for a special service processor, Wilcorp answered the phone immediately. Everybody else I called before I reached them had answering machines. The one time I did have to leave a message for Wilcorp, they IMMEDIATELY called me back. I tell everybody I know to call them, if they need a service Wilcorp provides.

Fantastic experience: Excellent Private Investigators. My company hired them to do background checks for new employees and verify past employment. I then recommended them to my husband who wanted to find his sister who went missing 25 years ago. Success!!! Now my neighbor has hired them to do some kind of tracking as she is going through a divorce. This Private Investigator is good.
