Fantastic experience: Vigilant business solutions has been a great partner of ours for many years. We like that all of their collectors are DOT certified, which is not always the case with other other drug testing companies. Their collectors are extremely professional and their communication is fantastic. They always answer their phone and respond promptly to our emails. Fantastic experience: Make sure you make an appointment unless you are requesting on-site screening. I was fortunate enough to run into Ken in his office after being ill informed that it was a walk-in facility. It is not. Ken was nice and cordial and still took my pre-employment screening. Nice guy, very professional and helpful.

The fact that they do drug screening at their client’s location is truly a cost saving measure for any business. Fantastic experience: I happened to go through Vigilant Business Solutions and had been trying to find a facility for 8 years prior to coming here because my case was very tough. I was very shocked with how quickly and professional this company was. I have had a great experience with them and set the only negative review straight, the negative review should be going to the company that posted it since this case was mine and my worker did try very hard for me to get a hold of them. They make false promises and do not answer back. I was waiting patiently along with my worker to hear back to never get a phone call in return so, being the hard working company that they are, Vigilant Business Solutions turned to a different company to get it done quickly. During the waiting processed, the worker stayed in contact with me the whole time letting me know anything and everything he was doing to make my case go forward. I have appreciated the hard work that has been put into my case since I know any other company would have gave up long ago but they pushed through and made this DNA testing in three different states happen for me. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone and everyone and to not listen to the negative statement said because they had a bad review for the right reasons.
