Security Pro Intel, Inc (SPI)

Negative experience: This security company is NOT SAFE to hire to watch anything! They allow their guards to conduct illegal activities. We have this company watching our building and one of the guards illegally entered a resident home without the management or resident permission for what reason? We still trying to figure out. Also the same guard unlocked and opened a resident home for someone neither the resident nor guard knows claiming it was a family member which is not true and it could have ended badly.Yet that same guards still works here. The guards don't wear proper uniforms so you can't identify them then they refuse to give you their names company name or supervisor information. The so called site supervisor which they all claims to be one comes in drunk all the time and! When they suppose to be monitoring the building they hiding in the back room on their phones until they shifts over or sleep they leave for hrs at a time during they shift. I called the owner still no response I made reports still no response or actions been taken.
