Negative experience: Someone called from this business called my healthcare facility, posing as an insurance claim agency, which is a violation. Be ware ! The 1 star was the lowest I could go to post. I am the Sr Manager of Admissions, for a hospital and LTC facility, and will continue to strive to protect the clientele we serve!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic company with seasoned owners whose main goal is customer satisfaction. Highly recommend their services!

Negative experience: Called a healthcare facility asking if a patient had been seen with the office. When told could not give that info out as it break HIPPA the male got very upset and stated it wasn't breaking HIPPA and to make his job easier. He was told to fax a medical records request signed by the patient which was never received but the medical office. Maybe they need updated on the HIPPA laws.

Negative experience: Expensive services and can't trust their Agents! On time never showed up. Top of that The investigator assigned to my case appeared unprepared and unprofessional. I expected a higher standard of service given the sensitive nature of the work.
