Negative experience: Hired Eric and his report didn't show all properties owned or how many kids they had. When I brought this to his attention, he said he wasn't in the office and blew me off. A teenage girl could have found more.

Negative experience: Terrible; I called to inquire about skip tracing and I wanted to know what databases they rely on to find people. I think that's reasonable since I would want to know what I'm buying before I buy it. I want to know that I'm going to get results before I just give a man my money. It's called due diligence. He claimed that it's a secret and he couldn't tell me because he didn't even know who I am. So I told him who I am and what my interests are, and he said "Sorry about that." Are you serious? Then he hung up on me.
