Negative experience: Would not recommend. A very unprofessional and lazy company. Elizabeth was the person I had the misfortune of working with and not only was she lazy she was also completely unwilling to help. And one point she all but told me to do her job for her and then send my work to her, after asking me for more money after my initial payment and still not getting anything done. A process I was told would take a few days, especially if I had used another company, ended up taking 2 weeks with them. I was very under impressed with my experience here. It is of my impression that because they believe that some companies may send customers to them, that they don’t need to work hard because those customers must be guaranteed or something. Both myself and an associate had similar bad experiences while dealing with laziness and incompetence from their end. If I could redo the whole process and take my business elsewhere, I would.

Negative experience: This is the most garbage third-party credentialing system I’ve ever had to deal with. It is connected with verified health system, which is also the worst credentialing system ever. Symplr, Intellicentrics, Vendormate most of them don’t even require a background check and if they do, it takes within three days. I have been waiting for my background check for two weeks! For someone who needs to be in the hospital for this timetable is ridiculous. You are causing problems for me and my facility. I’m about to show up to a case on Monday because of your employees and incompetency and laziness. Plus, I had to pay for a background check and then they were added on fees because of where I live. You are the worst third-party out of all of the credentialing systems for hospitals

Negative experience: The most frustrating experience, lack of communication and very poor response.

Negative experience: I have used this company several times due to hospital credentialing. It seems cheap at first but prepare for a few weeks delay followed by more charges to find out your education and work history isnt included in the initial background check charge paid. I am not satisfied with the customer services and wont be using them again. Don't get sucked into this money pit.

Negative experience: `This people do not even deserve 1 star because they sat in the office and concluded that my spouse did not have an education without calling her previous school or her present school in the United States. A prospective employer listened to their lies and declined to offer her a job. May be they new form of institutional racism. They don't investigate nothing. A bunch of liars parading themselves as private investigator period !!!
