Negative experience: I am very upset he did not safeguard my aunt's estate. He definitely claims to do things the right way when in fact the four things he did for me only one of them was right. Do not trust this man.

Fantastic experience: I have used Nicholas Waggoner's office on two occasions. Both matters were handled quickly and at a very reasonable price. The papers they prepared for me were perfect and I prevailed in court both times. I dealt with Mr. Waggoner and Tyler who were always patient and respectful. Negative experience: I felt this service was overpriced. The fee we paid included only completion of one set of papers. At signing, the documents were full of typos and required waiting around for an extended time to get them all corrected. For such a high fee, in my opinion, it should have included the 2 sets of copies needed as well. In addition, the paralegal seems to not be up to date on current trends in paying support. When asked for options, he simply stated there are none other than paying directly through the state (this requires wage garnishment) which is wholly UNTRUE and confirmed with the clerk of the court. I am now spending additional time and money to file amended paperwork to undo this arrangement that this office forced me into. I would not recommend this service.

Fantastic experience: Nick Waggoner made it easy to startup a new business! He knew the exact type of corporate structure needed in Florida for my type of business, handled all of the paperwork and even helped name the business. On top of that, his instructions to rush the filing worked out perfectly and I was up and running in a couple of days. A year later, my new business is now thriving!

Fantastic experience: My husband has had nothing but problems with the mother of his child in regards to times-sharing and child support. Nick has always been a great resource and has done all his paperwork at a great price. We have also done our Estate Documents with Nick and have never had any issues with any of our documents.

Negative experience: Way over charged me for a simple "stop child support" people at courthouse told me that I didn't need 90% of the paperwork that he did. So he either didn't know what he was doing or just wanted to over charge me.
