Negative experience: This business does not properly serve people. What is the point of laws and policies when people who are licensed still do what they want and how they want.

Negative experience: Bad business when you lie and my ring camera doorbell captured it all. Spencer did not serve no one at my address. He lied and said I identified myself as a name that is not my name. Seems to me the process server, lawyer, and property manager is conspiring against me. Especially since the lawyer and property manager have a bad history of incorrectly serving someone paperwork and processing retaliatory evictions. So now Krimson Investigation and process services just made themselves apart of the problem by lying. BAD BUSINESS #HAPPY BLACK HISTORY MONTH
