Negative experience: Literally blowing my phone up about someone I knew as a child and don’t have any connection with at all. Harassing me! Will be calling my attorney

Negative experience: Unprofessional they think they know your situation better then you do

Negative experience: Aggressive and don’t take your word when you politely tell them you don’t know the person they’re looking for. Had to block their number after multiple calls

Negative experience: Even though I asked them to not call us again because they have even called 2 times in the same day. Tina believes she is free to break the law and be a harasser. They are breaking the law by having a "private Investigator as their legal business registered, but being debt collectors also. Sue them. Law firms also break the law by doing the same thing. Research their business first, then with your evidence sue them.

Negative experience: They get their information and decide thats gospel. I don't even live in the state and they've been harassing me about a woman and a truck I've never heard of before. Have had to call local non-emergency and start a paper trail because they will not respect the law, and REALLY love to call you names if you ask them to stop or ease up because you have a psychological condition and they're scaring the hell out of you. Harassment, slurs, swearing; nothing I want in a PI or someone I'm trusting to get info for me. Seems like an unreliable shake-down type of way to get information that could be fabricated from wearing people down. Great job.

Negative experience: Michelle is extremely unprofessional tends to scream and hangs up on you after she screams your ear off

Negative experience: Insanely aggressive and if they call you in regards to anything, they won't elaborate on what needs to be done...their use of legal jargon is just an intimation tactic, Do not recommend.

Negative experience: I continue to receive numerous phone calls from this company and they are harassing me. Tina specifically at this company may be brain dead. I attempted to help her out when she left me a voicemail and called her back to advise her she is calling the wrong person. I explained that she has the wrong last 4 of ssn#, I have explained I have never owned the vehicle she calling in regards to, and has the wrong person nor do I know anyone who has owned the vehicle she is calling in regards to. This company either employees people with no education or are just terrible at their job.

Negative experience: Literally calling everyday looking for someone that might know someone. I have told the agent repeatedly on the phone I do not know them and her only response is "well that's not what is put in the notes".. I have asked everytime to not call me only to be called back an hour later looking for random people. I understand yall have a job to do but when I say I dont know the people you are looking for or you have the wrong number do not keep calling.
