Negative experience: After a bad expwith another place I came here next. The person that took the test passed. A year later the truth comes out that they lied and still passed. 100% fake. These people should be prosecuted for fraud.

Fantastic experience: Richard Emmons and his office has done a considerable amount of work for my office over the years. Richard and his office is absolutely the best.

Negative experience: I hired and signed a contract to have the actual Owner do an independent investigation for me, outside of any attorney involvement. Every week I would check back on the progress of the investigation and was told excuses. So a few months pass, I finally got in to talking to the lead investigator, which I presume was the owner, and he bullied me telling me to get out of his office, he showed me nothing, absolutely NOTHING of any work he did on the case, and claimed he actually drove some place and documented this, but he would not show me anything. I paid him $500 for 6 hours of work he didn't do, did not get a refund, he lost my flashdrive because they were reckless handling with evidence. I would stay away from this place unless you have an attorney involved, or need a simple service.

Fantastic experience: I needed fingerprinting done for a nursing license endorsement. Upon calling to see if this service could be provided the staff told me I could come right away if I wanted. I was in and out the door very quickly and everyone was exceptionally kind. They even took the time to make sure I filled out my portion in the office instead of at home in case I missed something so there was no delay in my process.
