Fantastic experience: For the last 3 years I have hired Investigagative Solutions and have found this agency to be competent in every area of my legal needs I am very satisfied with the quality of service they have provided
Negative experience: I was not feeling any type of way when I called. It was my first experience needing to hire an investigator so I did not know what to expect. I was simply explaining the information that I had in regards to the subject and asked what I needed to bring to get the service. Nonetheless you do not tell the customer well I was getting to that if you listen, find somebody else and have a good day. Thats exactly how the conversation went so who would you say is aggressive in that situation?The proper response was yes let me explain that part ma'am as I can ensure we are professionals here to help. For the sake of giggles here even if I was "aggravated" as you stated, that gives you the wright to be rude? As I stated in my previous comment very unprofessional!

Negative experience: I called to explain my situation. He said I should listen to him or find somebody else and have a good day. This was after I said I would listen to him. I was not rude at all. Very poor customer service.

Without going in to private details, I can assure you that I was totally satisfied with their work and results and I would definitely hire them again in the future. If you need a top notch team of private investigators, these are the guys to call.
Negative experience: This company is a joke. When I called they were energetic, and proactive on getting started. As soon as you hire them, they disappear. Getting them to follow through with anything, is a pain. They never return phone calls, and don’t have any research skills. I highly suggest people to find another business to work with.
KS, I would like to address your posting and its remarks, in the course of conducting our work, either Field Investigations and or Data Acquisition my Team performs their work diligently. We cannot find a KS in our system ( Agreements on File) if you would let me know via the Company contact submission form, I would like to speak with you about your 1-star rating. We have an Investigator on call 24 / 7 for our existing Clients, so the lack of communication is a concern. As to comments, we are a "joke", I would say that the years of work product and the Clients that have either earned their freedom from incarceration and or successfully won their case for Criminal and or Civil matters speaks for itself. Without identifying who this is I can not review your case and see what the concern is. Concerned that you feel this is the service provided, it does concern me, I will do all I can to resolve your concern. As of 4-30-2019 we have not received any further communications from you?
