Negative experience: A waste of time and a HUGE waste of money! My husband spent over $3500 for the PI to respond to texts late, give information that was already public information, and just completely stop keeping in touch with my husband after he couldn’t find anything. My husband was looking for something he could use against someone in court so he could get custody of his child and the PI was completely blowing off my husband whenever he called or texted. His response was always “I’m on another case” or “this is a tricky one for me” a few months later, we found out the person we was looking for never left the area had a few jobs, but why couldn’t the PI find out this information so he could serve this person. DO NOT use this company. A complete waste and still going through this custody battle because the PI couldn’t do his job. Mr Hinley was his name! A complete waste!
