Fantastic experience: I suppose being in the automotive industry for over 30 years, it's actually surprising we've never needed the services of a PI. Recent events with a repossession company (of all things) has changed that. After having employed there services to either recover a vehicle or roughly 4k, through some fairly deceptive practices he was able to obtain the payment of 4k and rather than remit that payment to us (the dealership) he absconded with the entire amount. After having waisted valuable time playing amateur sleuth and thinking we could find what we needed through sites such as BeenVerified and others, we finally turned to the folks at "Urban Spy" specifically Kathy. And the rest as they say is HISTORY! Within minutes she had provided us with far more information than we could have ever obtained through normal commercial sites available to the public, allowing us to locate the individual in question, allowing us to now move forward with criminal charges. I'm sure like with most folks out there, we were hesitant to go this route assuming it would be cost prohibitive, but much to our surprise and delight the folks at "Urban Spy" (Kathy) was unbelievably creative in her willingness to help us with the information necessary in bringing this shmuck to justice! This whole experience has completely changed the options we will consider in the future, if confronted with this or similar problems. Fantastic experience: Hello my name is Jon and I came across Jason as a last resort effort to try and locate or find my friends list service dog Remington. Remington is my friend Sadies service animal or emotional support animal for PTSD . Remington is a very special animal and means the world to Sadie but because of some unfortunate events in the early part of 2020 Remington and his older brother Cheech both are Chihuahuas were impounded by the Tempe police because of a case of mis identification with Sadie . So to make a long story short one of the animals was lost during there impound and somehow re homed wrongfully and that's where Jason came in he's has taken on the task of helping us locate Remington and has been an absolute blessing in disguise. Jason goes beyond the job and treats you as if you were family and his knowledge has made this very painless and effortless to us . I would hire urban spy team again and again for sure . Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with the lack of results. I paid $1000. Basically so this guy could put a tracker on a car and tell me where he was. Jason had the opportunity to see where this guy was spending the night but said he had something else to do. He will have every excuse why it did not work out. I even gave him the opportunity to remedy this before I posted this review and he chose not to. Really, a big waste of money! Do not hire this PI!
