Negative experience: They will not pay their bills.

Negative experience: They completely mishandled a simple task. First, they lost important documents. Not only that, but they also failed to follow basic instructions, despite repeated clarification on my part. To make matters worse, they missed critical deadlines.

Negative experience: They don’t even answer their phones! I called twice and without any introduction, they just hang up the phone.

Fantastic experience: Our firm used USA Express Legal to retrieve police report that we were trying to retrieve ourselves for couple months to no avail. USA Express Legal was able to get in couple weeks. Great service especially if you hit a wall. Thanks, Harry and team!

Since Joseph started visiting our firm (in Koreatown, Los Angeles) the issues we have encountered (lack of updates, slow service and response to emails) has been addressed. We were also provided with a portal that shows all the work order requests and status - very convenient!
