Fantastic experience: Very quick, easy, and professional experience. I had fingerprints and passport photos done here in ~30 minutes.

Negative experience: If I can give no stars I would. I showed up for my appointment and was told I need a document which is not true due to the nature or the fingerprinting I was getting done. It was even said in the site yet I was told I couldn’t do my ink print and was charged. I have tried emailing to get this rectified and have not received a response.

Negative experience: I scheduled an appointment with Cal Live Scan but this one came up I thought it was one in the same, I went to Cal Live for my appointment at 3:50 on 10/24, then I get an email from Berkeley Live Scan which is located in ALBANY, saying I missed my appointment and they were charging me a CANCELLATION fee. I called CAL they let me know that Berkeley Live Scan does this and they are ripping people off because they think they are CAL Live Scan which is located in BERKELEY. So I am disappointed because they have removed money out of my account and I already received my fingerprint scan at the location I was supposed to be at.
