Fantastic experience: Darrin Giglio and John were both professional and thorough. This is the third time I utilized the firm and they were very helpful in obtaining the information I required to go forward. Communication and follow up was exceptional. I highly recommend them.

Negative experience: Beware of the sales pitch regarding why you should hire them and their background experience. Total joke. The Investigator got busted by a housewife within 10 minutes of following her. Cornered the investigator and then Darrin Giglio, Chief Investigator (lol) calls me and blames me for telling my soon to be ex that she was going to be followed that day. Never got my money back and tells me it's too bad. 5star ratings are most likely friends of his, pumping up the business. Stay away. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
Nelson, I am sorry to read your review. I am unsure why you decided to review us almost 2 years after the fact, but that is your prerogative. However, you never gave me the opportunity to rectify the situation to your satisfaction. You hired us in 2019 to conduct a surveillance on your spouse. Unfortunately, the surveillance did not pan out the way we both would have liked. As I explained to you, there was something that was not right about the way the surveillance transpired. I will elaborate: On the first day of surveillance and after our preliminary assessment, we set up the surveillance on a cross street of the house were there would be no direct sight of us by either a camera system or any individual from the house. (There is video of this as I had told you). It was the best possible observation spot for the scenario that presented itself for one investigator to be as covert as possible and still be able to observe what was needed to be observed. We did not even follow the subject for one block before she knew there was surveillance on her. In my experience, which contrary to your statement, is extensive. We refer to this as someone who is "raised up". For example: they had prior knowledge, been followed previously, an unavoidable situation happened, they had been followed too long/closely or another unknown situation occurred. Somehow, unexplainable or not, she knew prior or was already suspicious to being followed. Your description of a "busted by housewife" and we "dropped the ball" would have been more accurate if in fact we actually followed her more than one block. Who actually thinks they are being followed for only one block? it does not make sense. Any seasoned investigator in their career has had situations where they may have been "made", noticed, or lost sight of a subject, but will always try their best to mitigate these situations. No investigator solves 100% of their cases but again, we did not have enough time to even try to. You stated you have been in the surveillance business for 28 years and never lost anyone, which may be the case if you had 10 surveillance agents and multiple vehicles working these cases, or your statement is disingenuous. There are numerous former law enforcement detectives whom work here and conducted thousands of surveillances and would never make that claim. The minute this situation occurred I immediately called you to let you know. I never accused you of telling your wife anything so that is incorrect, I had asked you if you ever or anyone else had previously followed her which you denied, which I believed at the time, but am a bit suspect since you boasted about your surveillance experience and belittled mine. In past cases there have been times where the client themselves or at their direction of a friend would follow the person only to realize they need a professional. It is important that we know this as it can impact an investigation. I tried my best to explain to you what happened and you were very upset, understandably. I reported the truth to you and offered to go back again with a different plan, different investigator and different vehicle, not because anything was conducted incorrectly as the investigator has 20 years surveillance experience. I did not charge you the money that was owed to us and you paid for what was done on your case. Contrary to your claim of the reviews here and our numerous other reviews on different platforms, they are genuine. I think if you afforded us the opportunity to continue with the investigation you would not still be so bitter. Either way I wish you well and apologize that we were unable to satisfy you. On our last conversation you stated you would call me back and I never heard back until this review, more than 2 years later. I am always open to chat about. Best, Darrin

Fantastic experience: My mother had a cousin who she was really close with when she was young but had lost contact with him for over 30 years. She always talked about him and over the last few years we tried to find him. The strange thing was that none of our other relatives heard from him in years either or knew anything about him. We checked social media sites and even did an online search but we never found him. Finally, we hired North American Investigations and they found him. I was told in the beginning that it may be hard because we did not have much information so we were not expecting much. When they found him my mother called him right away. She was so happy, thank you!

Fantastic experience: I hired Mr. Danin Giglio to investigate my former tenant, I was under an enormous amount of stress, due to my prior tenant, had not paid his rent for one year. I needed Mr, Giglio to investigate my former tenant's current residence, employment, and salary. Mr. Giglio found the evidence I needed to pursue my court case against my former tenant for the unpaid rent. Mr.Giglio was professional in his pursuit in achieving his goal in obtaining video footage, and pictures of proving my tenant was working and obtaining a salary. Now I have enough evidence to pursue my case in court.
