Fantastic experience: Premier Protection & Investigations provides exceptional service. I work for a law firm in Oak Ridge. Premier almost always retrieves lawsuits or subpoenas that require service of process on the date we call them (unless it's late and then they pick it up early the next morning). They never fail to quickly and professionally get the job done. Their attention to detail, promptness, and professional are impressive. I recommend them without hesitation.

Negative experience: I have had a horrible experience with one of their employees delivering paperwork to my home multiple times. She is very unprofessional and rude. My paperwork was filed on May 1 and not delivered until May 18 which is unacceptable. She called late on Saturday afternoon to deliver when my husband and I were at the movies. I told her she could deliver at 7 PM and she shows up an hour late after I have to call and remind her to come. She throws the paperwork and then when I ask her not to back out until I get my small dog, she purposely tries to run over him as I scream for her to stop. She then screams mocking and laughing at me. I barely got to him before she almost hit me and my dog with her car. My husband called the supervisor and although he said he would make a note in her file, I knew it would not be handled appropriately just like the last time we had issues with her not delivering our paperwork and he did nothing. This company is not professional. This type of behavior should not be accepted but seems to be almost encouraged as there is no discipline. I do not recommend anyone using this company if the work you need is important. They do not have you sign anything stating that you received the paperwork so there is no receipt of the transaction. Very unprofessional.
