Positive experience: Considering I had a limited budget, to work with, they gave me as much as they could. Even though a lot was what I had already found on my own, I did not get the one main thing I wanted, BUT if I had more money, I'm told I could get it. For what I paid though, I could have got a round trip airline ticket and went to get the public record myself. In any event, they were very responsive, Eric went out of his way to get some pictures other than the google house pics I had. If I had more $, I might hire them again, depending on what info I needed.
