Negative experience: I was able to schedule an appointment for a Livescan fingerprinting online (through the FL Board of Nursing website). But when I showed up at my appointment time; the doors were locked, the lights were off and no one was here. Why let anybody set appointments if you are going to be closed? Called the businesses phone number, only to have to leave a message. Online information says they are “open” as well as “open 24 hours” today, so I’m very confused and a little frustrated.
Hello Ms. Harris, sorry for the inconvenience, we did not receive an appointment for you today, we fulfill our appointment schedules 100% of the time, please make sure you scheduled your appointment with our office and not another office in a different location. As far as 24hrs of operations, we are available for investigation services 24hrs. The cutoff time for scheduling livescan fingerprinting is at 7:50pm I’m not sure if it was an error on the FL Board of nursing website but we did not get an appointment scheduled for you today.
Fantastic experience: The service is is incredible. I went in to get livescan fingerprinting done. The employee was very nice and got me in very quickly. We had such a lovely conversation while she was doing my fingerprint. It made my morning.

Fantastic experience: After having other companies try to take advantage of us and try to overcharge us we went to WIA Investigation. We are glad we did! A little bit of a drive for us but worth it 100% They responded quickly to all our questions and we were able to set-up an appointment next day. They were very professional and straight up honest, which is hard to find today. Because of their service we have made WIA Investigation our preferred place for all our faculty, staff and volunteers.
