Positive experience: Did a credit background check. Wasn't very through, but did the job.

Positive experience: Super easy to get in and out. Very friendly staff. It would be nice if they were open a little later. It's often difficult to get somewhere between 8 and 5.

Positive experience: My time there went very quickly. Easy in and out. There person behind the front desk was friendly and efficient.

Negative experience: They charged me an extra $29 for my friend putting her maiden name on the form though they exclude the need to research it due to that name being old. They refused to allow her to change the form and insist on charging me for her mistake. A simple reprint and submit would have been fine, but they refused. Beware of this place.

Positive experience: The staff is nice ! They don't accept debit or credit cards so you'll need to have cash or a money order. I'm 21 I went in for a back ground check and drug test I've lived in Nc for about 16 years and my price was $128.00 and only lived in 2 different address.

Fantastic experience: I am a licensed investigator. Mr. Ed Musselwhite with Investigative Associates contacted me requesting my assistance to help his Client. He said that he had been assisting a Client in his area and now the subject was going to be in our area. After speaking with his Client to get the specifics of the job, I came to realize that Mr. Musselwhite has done an exceptional job for this Client. They expressed to me how they appreciated and trusted Ed to help them. Many times Investigators farm out jobs to other investigators and just mark up the invoice to Clients. Ed did not do that, he did not make any money off helping his Clients find and use my services. He could have, but from what I gather Ed just wants to do the best job he can helping his Clients. That is the kind of Investigator I like to work with and Clients should be thrilled to find. Good job Ed and thanks for the referral.
