Fantastic experience: They took great care of our clients with a complicated remote closing involving a power of attorney. Followed instructions well, were timely, and were extremely patient with my client and I throughout the process. If I could give more stars, I would!

Negative experience: Everything started out good, but I got ghosted by this company when I was really in need of their services in my opinion.

Negative experience: UPDATE: Within minutes of posting a review, Our office received a "Cease & Desist" and were informed that we would not get an update until our review was removed. Hired this company to serve documents for our firm, having paid the invoice immediately, as rush service was requested. At the hearing date, we were informed by our witness that they were never served. I have sent numerous emails to Armenhyl and tried reaching out by phone, with no response. I took to commenting and and sending a message on Facebook. When I saw my comment was deleted, I commented again, only to be blocked by Armenhyl with no response as to the status of service and why it appears that despite being paid, no work was done. Still have not received a response to date and it has been over a month since Armenhyl was paid for their service.

Fantastic experience: The speed and accuracy by which Armenhyl Group, LLC was able to serve a defendant that I had been unable to serve for 2 months was incredible. Within a single day of starting the job, they were able to locate the subject and get her to accept service without any problem. Very impressive.

Fantastic experience: Richard came through for us last minute on an out of town investigation and and then again the next day when we unexpectedly needed to go back. He was early both times, kept in constant communication and did exactly what was asked of him. Highly recommend

Negative experience: Very Unprofessional and unresponsive. Hired this company to serve lawsuit papers on a corporate registered agent whose office is open daily in Richmond, specifically to receive any legal papers. We were advised that they would serve the papers promptly. The lawsuit papers were never served. Multiple inquiries were made to find out status on service of process, and the company never even responded. The company was contacted and given an opportunity to explain why papers were never served and why they failed to communicate with us, before posting this negative review. The company even failed to respond to that inquiry. Apparently, they don't even care about their reputation. We hired another company to serve the lawsuit papers, and the other company served the lawsuit papers within 48 hours of being hired. We will never use Armenhyl again.

Negative experience: I paid them Never was updated or contacted. Never an update. I went out of my way to contact them again after multiple attempts. Finally Was told they had a lead, a lie I am sure now that was a lie and they never did the work I paid for.

Fantastic experience: I needed a process server to file and serve an out-of-state subpoena. My first call was answered by Richard who was well educated and answered all of my questions. They did everything correctly, quickly, and communicated with me throughout. I would highly recommend using Armenhyl Group!

Fantastic experience: These guys were unbelievable to work with. Very nice willing to help out with all our questions. Drove to meet us at like 8 o'clock at night which is on heard of. And even took time to help my parents find their way back to route 81. Talk about above and beyond something we don't find too much in the world we live in today. Highly Recommended
