Fantastic experience: Ha right

Negative experience: So called officer was walking around office and getting in out of car with his hand on gun as if some one in next parking lot was going after him. He yell at one man for parking in lot with no sign. The man move. So call officer stood by door with hand on gun. Not sure what he was protecting. Not sure why you hire a company with staff like this.

Negative experience: Hangs up when they are unresponsive and irresponsible to even watch the stores that hire. I'm talking about you SHARON

Fantastic experience: I own a salon in a shopping center where Apex security patrols. They've been extremely responsive if I call and the professionalism is 5-star. Clients see them consistently patrolling and it does make them feel safer! I've never been on hold and they've even follow up to ensure safety. I'm very grateful our property management chose Apex.

Negative experience: Your company is worthless. Call and your business is important to others. Have called several times about issues and been ignored and hung up on. Will contact management if they care.
