Negative experience: So I proudly (because of my heritage not hate). Advertise and promote a business that sells confederate items. Owned and operated by a black man. Yet this company (Claudia 2 b exact) gt on my page and has seen what is sold by the company) since then Iv gotten zero hours from this company. Who’s the one racist? Who’s the one stereotyping southern people? The second company I wrk for… this behavior isn’t allowed and it’s actually company policy tht no one is 2 say anythng to anyone 4 how they r and everyone excepts everyone for who they r. It’s a system tht wrks and we all feel good at wrk being allowed 2 express tht. Would like 2 see it in a lot more places. This place isn’t one of them ♀️ Sad really!!!!

Negative experience: We had this company for 60 days, they changed pricing after 60 days with only 10 days notice.they gave us a written price and then increased it a lot after 60 days claiming it was temporary pricing. They bait and switch! Very unprofessional. Would not recommend unless you get a contract! They have people one day fired a week later can't seem to keep staff., never was any changes in price discussed. Or you wouldn't have called to say we are increasing your price. Funny how no one can recall that conversation, your written quote does not reflect it. You just practice bad business and we are glad we are no longer using your service
Dana, we are very disappointed that you were not satisfied with our services, as we work very hard to meet the needs of all of our clients. As discussed with your manager, in our initial meeting, we lowered our pricing for you for the first 60 days to make sure that you were happy with our services before charging our normal pricing. We are a company that will negotiate because we believe in earning your business, this is why we typically do not have written contracts and why the pricing was lowered for the initial term. Moving forward, we will be providing something in writing as we do not want a misunderstanding like this again. As for our team, our retention rate is very high, however we will move our staff around as needed and will work to keep our guards in place if they are specifically requested. We hope that in the future, if you have a need for security again, that you will consider giving us another try.
