Negative experience: This company is a scam. Do not hire these guys. They promise results and bill thousands for no results, no reports and no truth. Stay away at all costs.

Fantastic experience: I thought the training was pretty much spot on. The only thing I would change is the medical should be the only thing taught on a single day. The instructors were awesome but too much to cover for having combined classes All I all I enjoyed the classes as they address our individual and team deficiencies. I think having the role players adds a much needed dimension to the training. Thank You!

Negative experience: I did not have a good experience with this company at all. I came to them for private investigator services. I was charged a $500 retainer fee (non refundable). I was also charged roughly $580 dollars a month after signing a contract, and invoiced again for over $200. The issue here is the only "service" that was ever done was a back ground check. The PI was suppose to serve my ex with legal documents; which never happened, because I terminated the PI services after being charged so much and only receiving a back ground check. When asked for a break down of what I was being charged for I was emailed very vague invoices that didn't detail what I was being charged for. After I asked a second time I received one semi detailed invoice with ridiculous paperwork fees. Except there was no paper work to be filled/served yet. Also as a side note the conversations that took place with the PI were not professional at all. Clearly they like to charge by the hour and keep you on the phone talking about personal matters that did not pertain to my case. Bottom line they were unprofessional and did not do $1200 worth of work for me!!! I highly recommend NOT using PI services from this company!!
