Negative experience: I paid for services and didn't receive any. It's taken him more than 3 months to return $125. I'm still waiting and it's Christmas Eve, I guess he need the money.

Fantastic experience: Very professional. Consultation was free and prices were very reasonable for the local PI rates. If anything comes up again, I will be using Keith from KA Investigations.

Negative experience: I hired Keith Wooten to find out the names of the neighbors who were harassing me, and to give me any other information which could possibly help me deal with a difficult situation. I paid him $250 to listen to my story, and then another $500 to get the names. I had the license plates of 2 cars. The first was a Virginia plate that he really only had to confirm was the name of the person. The 2nd was an out-of-state plate. He gave me various reasons he could not help me. 1.) It was illegal for him to inquire about out-of-state plates as a Virginian. If so, don't PIs have contacts who can inquire for them? 2.) He had not personally seen the person get into the car, or exit the car. It was not good enough that I had seen the person exit the car. End result? Nothing. No information. Just out $750.

Fantastic experience: Awesome company! The investigators were personable, punctual, professional and compassionate! They were flexible with time and hours and worked beyond traditional 9-5 for updates. They listened to our needs and concerns, offered strategies to obtain the proof we needed and worked within our budget. The communication was seamless and they kept us abreast of progress over the time frame we worked with them. They offered to be be available as needed in the courtroom as well as provided detailed written reports to our attorney. All of this work paid off in the end and now justice has been served and they gave us exactly the proof we needed to do so. I would use and recommend this company time and time again.

Fantastic experience: KA Investigation was VERY PROFESSIONAL! If you need a PI, hire KA Investigation now, I guarantee you will not be sorry. I have been using them for the past two months and they kept me updated, not one time did I have to call and ask them what was going on. They called and informed me what exactly was going on thru out everyday. They got me the exact information I needed. i couldn't have asked for any better service during this very difficult matter I'm going thru. This is by far the two most amazing people. They are honest, trustworthy, kind and understanding. We have used private investigators in the past and KA Investigation will be the only ones we will ever hire in the future if needed, there is no way we will ever go with any another investigation company again.
