Fantastic experience: We recently moved out of state and rented out our house in Las Vegas. We had a neighbor let us know that they thought our new renters may have had way more people living in the house, so we called and had Robert see if he could find out if they were breaking the lease. He was fast and efficient and got us solid evidence that they were breaking the lease.

Fantastic experience: Hired for Background Investigation/ Check , very professional and quick (same day) , great rate.

Negative experience: We hired Robert to locate and serve court documents to the other party. If unable to locate, per our contract, he was to provide an affidavit of due diligence. When he could not locate the person to be served, he took our 850.00 dollars and NEVER provided us with an affidavit to be used in court. He took our money and did not provide what his contract promised. He also is almost impossible to get in touch with once you pay him.
