Fantastic experience: Mr. Frycek was very pleasant and easy to talk to. He was very compassionate about my situation and was very professional and helpful.
Negative experience: Readers please be aware of this company , this company is very fraudulent and misleading . Once your fee is paid, you become forgotten. I had to call them and remind them of my case . As a customer, it appeared to me they are only interested in my money !!! Stay away from them , unless you have money to give away .
You are not a customer of ours. You are in fact, a competitor. Although I hesitate to use the term competitor, because that almost implies we are threatened by your business, and of course we are not. The truth is you are a struggling local private investigator, and you have clearly established a set of saddening, low ethical standards. All of your Google reviews, on both this account, and the others you use, only maintain negative reviews of other private investigative agencies. Instead of trying to smear the names of your industry colleagues, I implore you to put that energy into positively marketing your own entity. Your behavior and business tactics are classless. It won't be long until you lose your license.
Negative experience: Avoid! Shady operation! I responded to a security job ad that they posted on Craigslist. The ad said to call Jack. When I called the number listed in the ad, he identified himself as John. He refused to tell me where the worksite was and asked if I would meet him at his office in Arlington Heights. I explained that I was having oral surgery that day and I would have to see how I felt. John called me later that day, claiming he had texted me( which he did not and T-Mobile confirms(. The following day I got in touch with him and explained I was still recovering from my surgery. He said he would call me by 6 p.m. and never did. No loss on my end. I dodged a bullet hopefully you can do the same.
1) Jack is a common nickname for John; there is nothing shady about that. 2) We are private detectives, not security guards. While we do on occasion look to hire specialized executive protection agents, ultimately, you were severely underqualified for said position. 3) While we understand it can be frustrating to be denied an employment opportunity, we impore you in the future to not write negitive reviews on companies who choose not to hire you. Especially in this industry, it is not a good reflection of one's character and decision making ability. Your decision to do so only reenforces our confidence we made the right decision. 4) We wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Negative experience: Called them twice and was basically lied to. Don't bother calling them... They obviously are too busy to help anyone. Owner John told me twice that someone would call me and never happened.
