Negative experience: I Had A Interview At 1100 And No One Joined I Even Called The Company And No Answer Also Left A Voicemail And No Call Back. Tried To Send Out A Email No Response.

Negative experience: I tried to resolve this issue going directly to the company to handle their rogue employee, Charles who is black male of a short stature and dresses in common street clothes when working. Given the lack of response that I received from the company, I will be reporting their faulty practices to the better business bureau and will be looking into filing a civil suit against the company. I had the unfortunate experience of an encounter with this Arms Security worker in question at Mariano’s in Chicago,Illinois on South Clark St. Never in my life have I been so disrespected, aggressed or dehumanized. Not only was my friend and I followed around the store from the time we entered, this outlaw dared to approach us after we purchased our food and accuse us of stealing juice. We never left the store with any merchandise and bothered no one. As I explained to him that we did not steal anything, he flashed his badge as if to make us afraid and that was the final line. This rapscallion was unprofessional, clearly trying to abuse power that he does not possess and completely overstepped his boundaries. He even dared to say that I was insubordinate as if I am one without rights and that I am in a situation where he has power over me and I am not to speak out to defend myself against false claims. As I write this, I am placed again in the moment and it makes me sick to my stomach and disgusted. As I told him to leave my friend and I in peace, he continued to talk to us and tell us what type of position he had and what he was supposed to do. That would be understandable, if it was warranted. It was unwarranted and in the eyes of Law completely illegal. There was no reasonable suspicion and there was no crime committed at all. Yet and still we were badgered, harassed and attacked. This behavior is that of a predator and clearly this man “Charles, who refused to give me his last name, is untrained and dangerous. I genuinely maintain that he is a man who can use excessive force and employ abusive tactics when dealing with the public. No other person in the store was treated as my friend and I were and we know that we were profiled by this unethical worker. Charles, due to racial profiling and a disposition to attack women wanted to administer punishment to satisfy a sick desire he has to be powerful and my friend and I who are young mothers were his unwilling victims. He did not perform his duties which include surveying the store and ensuring a safe environment. In fact, he was the culprit of an uncomfortable and unsafe environment. I am displeased, unsatisfied, disgusted and am seeking that something be done to rectify this issue. Something MUST be done. I will not rest until something is done. I am adamant about there being repercussions. This situation was unacceptable, abusive and inappropriate. A direct violation. (Update) I was never contacted by anyone and I reported thus fraudulent business to the BBB. Update part 2 : My number is blocked
