Negative experience: ATTENTION ALL DISCOVERY VILLAGE RESIDENTS!!! This company is a scam!!! They do not do their job right. They are profiling the cars they want to tow and the HOA does nothing to stop them! Haven Management Group should have a security company that acts with integrity. Instead they allow ISMG to take advantage of their residents. BE AWARE OF THESE SCUMBAGS!

Negative experience: This company keeps surprising me, they are responsible for the security at my HOA, and last Friday around 3:40 am, my husband and I were awakened by our car's alarm because it was being towed away at the suggestion of one of the employees of this company. According to her, the permit was not visible and if the alarm did not wake us up, our car would have been towed away. This kind of harassment must be due to an alliance with the towing company, which might give ISGM a percentage of what they charge and what they steal from the vehicles. Just Horrible! See pictures taken of the permit completely visible on the vehicle. I suggest no one to hire with this company as instead of protecting our assets, they are just tring to profit themselves. Now every night I have to take a video of how my car is parked and showing the permit, in case they try to take it again and I have placed cameras on the parking area, even though my car has its own cameras, which also took pictures of the incident as it was consider a collition by the vehicle.

Negative experience: this company is a scam for towing. They do nothing around our community, the local police department estimates they respond to 1-2 car thefts within our complex A DAY. The only thing these people do is write tickets and tow cars likely getting kick backs from the towing company. You know it’s bad when your own police department complains that their Officer does nothing but write tickets and tow cars. Would be nice if they would actually provide security. Not to mention the office staff/dispatch staff are some of the absolute rudest and entitled people to work. If I could leave a 0 star I would

Negative experience: Terrible customer service, the attitude of the receptionist feels like if she is there against her will or without being on payroll! They really need to hire better trained personnel.

Positive experience: Great security company. I see negative comments an you will always get haters. They have been instrumental in reducing our crime in our community. Officer Wong is great and knows our property inside and out and does his job. Emilio the owner is also very responsive to my questions

Fantastic experience: I Hired this Company For my Daughters Quinceañera and they were great. The Security guards were very professional! I will hire them for all of my events and would recommend them to anyone !

Fantastic experience: I Would Definitely Reccommend This Company, they are currently Patroling the Area in which I work and I feel so much safer since they have been there, the officers will even walk me to my car when it’s dark. The company we had before, we never saw them ! Thank you ISMG
