He Laid out the whole process of how things work with him and what his team will do, and how he will counteract if there’s any problems. I had lost my laptop and contacted this service with all the info, I was able to get it back without their teams help due to the perp giving it back, I notified Patrick immediately and was given a full refund even though they still had to pull records and file fees on their end to retrieve it, but still was given a full refund. Negative experience: Really disappointed in this business, was really quick to get me a contract and never contacted me with information on my case I kept emailing texting and he would respond but I gave up because he did not contact me anymore or provided some evidence that shows he was contacting the other party. Would not recommend
