PSI Security and Investigations

Negative experience: PSI Security is the security group used for my condo. I would not recommend this security group to be used by anyone for their own business or condo. There was recently an incident in our community that involved attempted break in to vehicles parked in the parking lot. Keep in mind this is a gated community. The Security group stated they noticed a suspicious person walking around the area, but did not report it (failure 1). Secondly, when the police responded to the incident I was never contacted by the security team to have the opportunity to speak to the office (failure 2). Look at other companies for your security needs.

Negative experience: Was treated unprofessionally as a condo owner by their staff. One guy called me and texted me to try to go out with me when he knew I was married. He then stole my prescription medication. I called the cops who were great. Later in the evening the guard I complained about offered me drugs he stole from me. (Prescription meds via Capsule) When I notified the supervisor he tried to get me drugs from his mother (prescription) and also was overly flirtatious. Afterwards I was missing designer sunglasses and handbags from my unit and only ppl with access were security. Oh and I’ve kept ALL of their texts. The condo association did absolutely nothing to try to protect me and ignored the incident like I was crazy. Meanwhile I have it all in black and white.

Fantastic experience: Excellent work group, their supervisors are very efficient, the best option if you are looking for security service.
