Positive experience: Prompt and follow exact instructions for service of papers. Smart people! Legal affidavit in proper form. Reasonable and quick; effective and special requests accommodated.

Negative experience: One star is too much, rating should be zero stars. Do not hire this "process server" under any circumstances. He has no idea what he is doing.

Negative experience: This guy is useless. Save your money! This guy can’t spell a name right on the Affidavit of Service and he refuses to answer his phone to fix it.

Negative experience: This is the worst processor server on earth. Takes your money but good luck getting the work done. Sabotaged my friend's case and won't fix it or return phone call

Negative experience: Lousy service. Good luck getting your Affidavit of Service after your docs are served. Then, he will misspell names from the pleadings and ghost your calls.

Negative experience: This process server is the definition of incompetence. This company will take your money and then block your number after you ask him to correct name spellings on an Affidavit of Service. CALL ANYONE ELSE!!!

Negative experience: I have been in business for decades and this is the worst process server I have ever used. Go with anyone else. He took our money and then gave a totally incorrect and incompetent Affidavit of Service not usable by the Court, now our case is stalled because of his gross incompetence and refusal to answer his phone.

Fantastic experience: EZ Express came through in a big way for my girlfriend last week. We were treated exceptionally well by Steve and we enjoyed the fact that he took some extra time to sit down with us and discuss some things. We were told that he'd call when he completed the job. He phoned us later on and we were so relieved. Thank you for being so personable with us. If anyone needs a great dependable, reasonable server then you can stop your search EZ Express is the Ticket!

Negative experience: The only reason this company wasn’t given a 1 star rating is because they actually finished the job I hired them to do. Serving of the papers was completed in a timely fashion, however the original notice with with affidavit was not returned to me by the time I was promised. I tried calling a couple of times the next day along with some follow up text messages, but I received no response. The following day I called from a friend’s phone and my call was answered promptly. When I explained my situation clearly and calmly to the gentleman, he began to raise his voice at me and acted like I was inconveniencing him by asking him to complete the job I had already paid him to do. I explained to him that this was an extremely urgent and time sensitive matter, and I even offered him extra money to make this a priority. This heightened his anger level, but he assured me money was not the issue, and he would complete the job by the following morning. He kept his word, and I was able to file my paperwork on time. If I find myself in a similar predicament requiring the services of a process server in the future, I will not be using this company again. Too much time and energy was spent stressing over whether this guy was just going to take my money/paperwork and run, or complete the job as promised. As I mentioned before, the job was completed, but not without significant issues/headaches.

Negative experience: this guy is a douche, his service sucks, and he never pays people for the jobs that they do for him. not only is he a sucky process server, but he sucks as a human being as well.
