E.R.S. was established in 1992 by Jim Lane, a retired Flint Police Officer and David Sallay, a former teacher and now a retired Genesee County Deputy Sheriff.

Negative experience: This place is a joke. I sent a check to have papers served. After trying to get in touch with the guy a few times he told me I was being a pest. I needed the papers served and was not getting proper communication so I went though the sheriffs department. Myself AND the sheriff department called him to let him/them know we no longer needed them to serve the papers as they were going to handle it. What did they do? They cashed the check I sent immediately and never even did the work. So they stole from me and never did the service. Scam. Do not go to these guys.
Fantastic experience: These guys were quick to get me in for a consultation as well as fit me in for an appt due to the unforseen circumstances I was in. They are very friendly and do theor best to make you feel welcome.
