Fantastic experience: If you want to stop the scammers just go-to the website and turn them in it's there job and what they paid to do so go-to the FBI web page and fill out the sort form and let's get rid of the scammers

Negative experience: The Asian actually was very rude and hung up on me after I kept trying to tell her the information and that my life was in danger it is very sad when you try to do the right thing and you support your country and follow the steps to try to secure your safety and people treat you like you are a nut job just because you are disabled I do not understand why in the they would not investigate this after they kept claiming that this has been a hack for a long time now it is basically like they do not care about people unless there is a scandal well this is America we have rights as Americans to report any crazy or fraudulent activities and I do not take you seriously and try to make it seem as though you are blowing things out of proportion and possibly even crazy this is ridiculous it does not make any sense and I don't understand how this country became that type of country where it's past the ball not help the person I don't understand I love my country I was born here I was raised here and I'm pretty much sure I'm going to die here one day when God calls me home but I don't understand how if you're not rich person or some famous person you're just Mr such and such or Miss and such and such from such and such street and you call and you try to tell somebody hey these people are threatening me they're hacking my accounts they won't leave me alone I need help and you don't get any help all you get is talk too crazy and hung up on so God Bless America

Negative experience: They hung up on me when I tried to report crimes against me and violations of my civil rights..
