Negative experience: Update to owner's response: In spite of your denial and complete lack of awareness, my statements are 100% honest and true. It is alarming that you allow (and obviously find it acceptable) employees to work while being so dirty. Greasy, dirty hair that hadn't been washed in at least a week or more, and you didn't even notice? Come on! As for the situation that has been reported incorrectly: we were asked to leave and given no warning or notice. However, we did not refuse to leave at all in any way, shape, or form. We put our wet clothes in bags and left within 15 minutes of the security guard's arrival. The problem arose when we forgot a couple of items and tried to retrieve them while he was locking the door. He could have given us 2 minutes to retrieve them, but he refused to be courteous with us at all. He locked us out, forcing us to return in the morning. And yes, the dispatch person has a LOUD MOUTH that sounded as if she was screaming in my ear in an extremely rude manner, but her voice is just naturally annoyingly bossy. As for how the laundromat would desire their customers to be treated, I guess I will never know; but I can only hope that if they knew your company was the reason customers were not returning, they would replace your agency with one that knew what being a professional was all about instead of having one that tried to imitate and fake professionalism with rude, dirty and clueless employees and owners. Original review: Rude and dirty employees. I mean, take a shower before you go to work, please. You could have let us at least retrieve our property instead of locking us out! Have a little bit of couth next time. Dispatch was a loud mouth extremely rude female that was no assistance what so ever. All around bad experience with this company. Definitely not security, very unprofessional key holders at the very best.
