Negative experience: Helpful and understanding at first. Once he could not obtain any basic information as promised, he disappeared like a thief in the night … with $300 of my hard earned money. How hard is it to find an address? Ended up doing it in my own. My suggestion is save your dollars and do something better with it.

Fantastic experience: Great guy. He was very understanding with a newbie like me. I was tired, miserable, and afraid since someone had stolen something expensive from me while I was sick. He understood I was worried about being ripped off and confused and concerned about about what a PI does and how. He was wonderful and patient and walked me through and was prepared for me not to sign his contract, even if just out of being too emotional to handle money at the moment. If I ever needed a PI again, I'd go to him.
