Fantastic experience: After calling another agency who did not wish to even meet for a consultation before vetting what we wanted over the phone, Ifill was a lot easier to access, and a lot more direct. I called when we were already outside, and he let us in. Within a 20 minute conversation, we learned a lot of key information, and we were given strategies we can employ in order to do the investigative work ourselves. Honestly a wealth of information was heaped on us. And one of the most enjoyable things was to watch how he worked. We'd give him a little information, and he'd process it quickly, and explore new avenues of how/where to find what we needed as we're talking to him. The curiosity and the speed with which he conducted his preliminary investigation, as well as instructed us on how to reach the most positive outcome was a joy to participate in. At the end of the initial meeting, he didn't even charge a fee. Just gave us the strategies we can use ourselves, and told us to reach out if we needed the professionals to get involved. Truly was a pleasure, will definitely be coming to his office in the future if we can't make progress ourselves, or if anything else needs addressing

Fantastic experience: Sherwin Ifill is a literal godsend. I cannot overemphasize this fact and my family and I will be forever grateful for his services. Mr. Ifill was the sole reason that a dear missing family member was safely located.
