Fantastic experience: A+++ Extremely great!

Negative experience: It makes me super uncomfortable that these security guards believe they have the right to pull someone over. Not okay. Supper sketchy you’re not real cops DONT attempt to pull people over

Negative experience: The worse security is what it is security. I called this morning and asked a question and what happens there no footage on body came I will be contacting the Attorney General today. These special police needs real training. And since the officer hung up on me I will be going to the local news as well. Makes no sense that there is no accountability. Matter of fact I am asking SBI to investigate the practice. It’s not what you know it’s who you know. He said not a great idea to threaten a security officer but all I said was I was reporting them to the attorney general. These out of state companies need to be banned.

Negative experience: Because theres no option to respond to the owners response I guess im forced to respond with another review. First of all, my language in the vehicle reports was due to you guys not fixing the headlight issues that almost caused two accidents, I reported this issue over a dozen times with no response. It was only after I used foul language that you finally responded. And second, the captain emailed me saying we should sit down and talk during the hours of 0800 and 1700 however I am sleeping during those hours since I work overnight, not my fault you didnt want to accommodate for the hours that YOU scheduled me to work. Even if you couldnt than you should have just called me to talk about it. Also you act like the "vital" company property that was lost was detrimental yet no one made a big deal about it to actually locate where it was except myself. And you speak about how you have all these measures to keep officers safe, yet you never fixed the vehicle that almost caused me great harm, as well as the fact that you also have had multiple officers working armed positions without actual firearms. The only reason I attempted to come back was because I was told there were big improvements recently with the company but from the lies you are telling me I guess it aint true. For the sake of your companies already diminished reputation, if you want to continue arguing with me than feel free to give me a call. If not, dont bother responding to this review with your pitiful lies.

Negative experience: I have never had any issues with this company or the officers that work here However the big tall and heavy set security guard at binaco Towers the other evening is very unprofessional... we walked In he was on the third floor, we overheard him on the phone talking to someone about the *sexual things* he did with some girl 2 weeks ago out loud where everyone could hear him, plus he was very unprofessional constantly on his phone not doing a thing or even pretending to patrol the area. Precision please do better

Negative experience: Asshats roaming regent park should be fired for driving like cops which they are not. Fire them I say, fire them allllll

Fantastic experience: This company is a relief to work with in an industry littered with people and companies who half a** it. They are reliable, well trained, responsive, and provide work that is unmatched in quality. Can’t say enough good things about them.
