Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with ETS Intelligence, when I scheduled an appointment for fingerprinting. Setting it up was a breeze, thanks to David's flexibility in arranging a suitable meeting location. Throughout the entire process David's explanations were clear and engaging, which made everything really interesting! I highly recommend ETS Intelligence because their seamless appointment scheduling, flexibility, and expertise made for an exceptional experience.

Fantastic experience: ETS Intelligence handled my data recovery quickly and smoothly. I had nearly a decade worth of photos and other documents that I would have lost if ETS hadn't recovered them for me, so I am very grateful to have them back. David was personable and professional and he is a good communicator who kept me up-to-date with the status of his work. There are some nonsense 1-star reviews on yelp which made me nervous at first, but when I met David in person it was clear that he was a professional and those negative reviews are just bogus. If you're looking for data recovery services then look no further, I highly recommend ETS Intelligence.

Negative experience: No reply, terrible service. Go to accurate biometrics instead.

Negative experience: I went in to get my fingerprints done for Early intervention credentials (so all I am trying to do is be able to help kids). After more than a month, the state is telling me that they have not received the fingerprints necessary and all this company says is that they sent it. They were not helpful with the process at all and basically cleared themselves from any responsibility. The state office has tried to contact them and they have not responded. My opinion is that if you are going for this service even though they are on the approved list, do not go here.

Negative experience: Do not waste your time. I scheduled an appointment. As soon as I arrived to the facility I received a phone call that the man was running late and to wait in the lobby. After waiting 40 minutes from when my appointment was supposed to be he showed up. We then proceeded to his office where he couldn't find his key. The process of waiting to be fingerprinted took longer than the service itself. There are many other places to go for this service I do not recommend, this was extremely unprofessional.
