Negative experience: Had an interview on the 25th and I was told I was gonna get a call on Wednesday which was the 27th and I kept calling checking in on my application just for then to say the position was filled

Negative experience: DONT GO HERE!! I had the worse experience my finger prints got rejected the first time and the woman blamed me for an ORI code I went a second time the same women didnt know how to re submit my prints without charging me a second time so she had a bright idea to make a fake ATT number to send to the feds FBI not to mention she used the number 666 almost mocking me my prints were rejected a second time I ended up going back to Her five times when youre only supposed do prints twice if they get rejcted then you have to try another way to get the back round. She caused my lisence to be delayed since October she doesnt know what shes doing has an attitude and should know that after prints get rejected a second time you must try another backround sesrch i.e. using the name the FBI takes care of it , I found this out by speaking to the comissioner of insurance, she being the fingerprint tech shoud know this information instead gave me attitude and kept running my prints I thought she knew what she was doing she caused a three month delay!!! My prints were rejected five times she had no clue why and was rude telling me not to come back. This delay caused so much stress and anxiety I went somewher else and my prints were approved on the first time around the ORI code I was giving her was the correct one the whole time. If this woman would know how to do her job she wouldnt make up fake ATT numbers to override her system, who does that- how can she think putting a fake number the FBI would accept it, then she finally learned how to re-submit my prints but by then I had already submitted them to the FBI four times and was told that my prints kept getting rejected bc the FBI only needs 2 rejections and if the prints arent approved the FBI does a name search this lady doesnt have a clue what shes doing three months later I got my license on the first try with another company I woudnt recommend this place at all horrible experience.

Negative experience: I had an appointment at 1pm when I arrived the office was closed so I called and left messages until an employee came and told me that the owner left because of an emergency. People have emergencies, I understand, but let your clients know you’re not going to be in instead of ghosting them. The employee also gave me the owners number to contact her to set up another appointment, never heard back. Save your time and go to a walk in at Rivera Live Scan. So much more helpful and they take walk ins which is more convenient especially when other companies don’t bother to communicate with their customers.

Negative experience: This company has a very dishonest staff. I don't even feel comfortable turning in my uniforms because they may just lie and say I never did. This dishonesty starts at the very top with the office manager. They claimed I was a no call no show a whole two days after I had sent a text and had a whole conversation with the office manager about nlmy new availability, and a whole new opportunity for me to better myself and my family. Its a shame to see grown folks act like this. I did share this with my children so they know how not to treat people.

Fantastic experience: I was overseas, needed a DOJ & FBI bio scan for my license during Covid pandemic. While almost everyone, country, border, and airline was shut down Briggs was open for business. I made the call and they said come on down, if you can make we will be here for you. Grabbed the first and only flight available from SE Asia and flew direct. They answered my call, and processed everything I needed. Within 72hrs I was good to go. Excellent, reliable, and best customer service. I HIGHLY recommend them, and would use them again.

Fantastic experience: Ok I was just here on February 27 2020 and I made an appointment online for 12:10. I arrived about 30 minutes early. The building houses many different businesses but overall it was easy to find. I was greeted when I walked into the office. Told her why I was there and she said he was with someone and that when he was done I would be seen. I only waited about 5-10 minutes but like I said I was early and was expecting to wait till my appointment time. (But I was seen before)while I waited the girl in the front was professional and nice and we had good conversation. She made sure I had the right forms and then it was my turn to have my fingerprints done. Mr. Briggs was professional and made sure my prints were processed as needed, I came in with extra forms because I wasn’t sure what I needed so he told me only to get the one form because it would save me money. Although he could have just done the forms and charged me for all of it; but he didn’t! Sooooo I appreciate that he went above and beyond to help me out with all my paperwork. I would go back if I ever need the company’s services again and I would recommend friends or family to go there. Also they must be a good company because they come listed on the Department of Justice list of approved Livescan places!

Negative experience: Made an appointment online, got the confirmation email. Made it to the location with ample time. Office was closed, has a will return at 10:00 card on door. It’s 3:30pm. My appointment was at 3:00. No one answering phone. Bad service will not return. Do not recommend.

Negative experience: Very bad people will be careful, they have a link to Nigeria mafia they scammers can cheat you and never fulfill the promise and for the first time try to deceive you. Beware and do not trust them!!!!!
