Fantastic experience: Where do I begin?! As soon as I spoke with Palm Springs Desert Investigators I knew this was the place I wanted to stick with. The lady answered the phone with such a friendly respectful manner and such a willing to help attitude. She kept me calm and helped me feel reassured. Im going threw a complicated and inconvenient case which called for the use of this company. I had gotten hassle from other investigative companies that just stressed me out more than I already was. However, the owner at Desert Investigators was kind, helpful, optimistic, and willing to go over and beyond to help me. She is educated in what she does and was of much assistance in my case. Her attitude was positive while showing she cared about my case. Many times I called on very very short notice and she was always very accommodating. I am highly impressed by this company and would highly recommend .You can tell she enjoys her job, and that means she will treat you good too! This is a reliable, honest and prompt company. I am happy with the $price I was charged, it was very fair, reasonable and realistic. In fact it was lower than the other companies I contacted.
