Negative experience: Terrible company lied about the background information. The company doesn't have customer service reps to answer calls to help resolve the situation. We vad to get background check from the clerks office to find the background check wasn't accurate. I will be reporting this company to BBB.

Negative experience: Please avoid this company. They did a background check on me and all the information was incorrect. Called several times they don’t answer. Very irresponsable company.

Negative experience: AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!  They are con artists!!!!!  I was promised a refund over a month ago (of $72) and they said it would take about 3-4 days. They won't send it to me OR even answer my emails.  I have called and called and called and been LIED TO and LIED TO and LIED TO!  I finally had to file a dispute with my bank and I also reported them to the Better Business Bureau.  These people are POND SCUM!!!!! I would have given them ZERO stars if I could!!!!!

Negative experience: I been trying to y’all to someone for almost two months now to pay off a debt.. I call everyday at different times leave voicemails and no one have yet to pick up or return my call.. at this point I’m just going to try to dispute the charge.. I don’t know what else to do

Fantastic experience: Resolve's services are invaluable to me as a landlord. From background checks to utility billing, this organization has it covered. I don't have to worry when I work with Resolve.

Fantastic experience: We use Resolve to do resident screening for prospective tenants and for collections. They have always done a good job with both. When an applicant has had an issue with anything on their reports whether credit or criminal and can provide proof that it is inaccurate, Resolve investigates and if a correction was possible they made the correction and we were able to rent to the person. I am writing this review today because they collected monies owed to us from a person who has been in collections for three years!! That is amazing! Thank you Resolve!!!

Negative experience: Poor service. No customer service. Unfortunately, I will have to take my business elsewhere.

Negative experience: scam artists. They ran my background and reported incorrect information that led to our rental application being denied. When I sent supplementary information to correct the issue they refused to correct the information they supplied to the property management company. I will be filing several complaints with every applicable agency against these scam artists.
