Negative experience: Jerry accepted a time sensitive assignment and he made it sound like he would have no problem completing it by the required date. I sent Jerry all of the information he asked for. After 2 weeks I called to follow up and Jerry said he would get back to me later that day. He never did. After 3 weeks I called and left messages for Jerry and never received a response. He also never replied to e-mail. He didn't complete the assignment and wasted my time.

Fantastic experience: We had a bad experience with a tree service company from Pierz, MN. All we had was the first name and license plate number from the individuals truck. Mr. Negen was able to provide a full name and address, which we needed to serve papers. Issue was resolved so no court time needed. On top of that, Mr. Negen refunded part of his retainer as he did not need as much time to do his work as he had figured.
