Negative experience: WAS RETURNING A RENTAL BOX TRAILER!!! THEIR WORKER CAME BY, HOOKED UP TO THE TRAILER, PULLED FORWARD AND RAN INTO MY PORTABLE BUILDING!!! BUSTED THE CORNER OF MY BUILDING..... EVEN WHEN PROVEN ... THE OWNER SAID THAT COULD NEVER HAVE HAPPENED!!!! TO COURT WE GO

Negative experience: Just cheated me out of 150 bucks. Correction it was 175 bucks i was cheated out of my mistake.

Negative experience: I tried to get my car as soon as they towed it, i called and even went there! I left a message as well. Noone answered or returned my call. They're very negligent with people cars. There were scuff marks on the pavement from them towing my car. It was towed on a Friday...i called and went there the same day. I called over the weekend and also Monday morning during business hours, get there and continue to call. They was there looking out the window. I asked for the price and was charged an additional 2 days fee for the weekend (no business day), also was told that i have to schedule an appointment to get my car for protection of others are upset with the company. How do you schedule an appointment if you don't answer the phone? Why do you charge on closed (no business days), when i have proof of me trying to get my car as soon as it was towed? And I'd just had an alignment less than a week ago, if anything is wrong with my car it's going to be an issue.

Positive experience: Very nice, professional, they do need to update their address. The only problem I had was finding them once I was told they moved.

Fantastic experience: Awesome service. Our company is located in NC and we needed help with a recovery after customer took off to Alabama without paying for truck. Terry helped us out and kept us updated though out the whole process. Would highly recommend. Thanks again for all your help!!!!!
