Negative experience: I don't even want to give them any stars. One of their Sargeants and another officer were at a store. While waiting in line he told a guy to get to the back of the line. The Spanish guy didn't provoke or respond in an ill manner but you can tell he was upset! Vulgar and intimidating language was being used! It's a shame that grown adults who are supposed to be professional out here bullying people while in their work attire! If these are the people employed and representing your company than I hope this company doesn't stay in business Very long. Horrible!! I didn't want to give the company a star but I had to to make a post.

Fantastic experience: Awesome people. Awesome company

Negative experience: While out and about in Wilson, NC yesterday, I saw one of their guards walking around checking building doors, riding on a scooter in between doors that were maybe 15 feet apart. Scooter isn’t the bad part, I get that. However, when you have a button up uniform shirt on, not tucked in, wrinkled as all get out, I dont even know what kind of pants he was wearing, they looked like windbreakers. He had a badge hanging around his neck on a chain, even though his shirt was clearly marked with shoulder patches as well as a badge patch on the chest. This guy looked more like a 5 year old playing dress up than someone working a job. I have worked for some pretty sloppy security companies, but nothing that would ever allow one of their guards to look like this guy did.

Negative experience: Got lost in a neighborhood at night, by myself, and one of these rent-a-cops starting chasing me down in his big truck. It was terrifying. The private surveillance industry in this country has gone way out of control.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful people to be around and to work for!

Negative experience: 5mo ago they murdered one of the students they were hired to protect
