Raven Eye Private Investigation

Negative experience: I want to start out this review by saying that they really helped me in a bind and gave me a great deal on their services starting out and for that I was thankful. However, after working with this company I was very displeased with the lack of professionalism of this outfit. I know that it is never a guarantee that evidence will present itself at any given time and you may walk away with nothing but one would rightly assume for any large amount of money given for a service that it would be handled to the best of someone's ability. There was apparently a camera damaged during a bond retrieval that ruined a lot of people's evidence and I'm not sure this is standard practice to have other people's evidence in a piece of equipment that has the potential of being damaged during something as risky and dangerous as that but I was also told that there was paperwork, dates and a couple of photos were not handled well. I figured a private eye company that charges 1,500 to $2,000 would be able to produce better results than some grainy photos and also timestamp and keep record of any and all evidence they get efficiently to be used in the court of law. After this incident they did cut me a deal to work more hours on my behalf at no charge but after a couple of months of texts asking for updates, communication fell completely flat. The trust that my case was being handled efficiently had vanished after botched evidence, shotty work from investigators and no communication from this company's lead. I wasn't kept informed of progress and I began to feel that my time and money was not used effectively. I hope these issues are corrected from the highest to the lowest levels and I am still greatful for the deals this company was willing to do for me but I ultimately and unfortunately will not being using this company again.
